Is Xpensim free to use?

Yes! The Basic plan is completely free and includes up to 3 accounts with balance forecasting. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited accounts, CSV import, account sharing, and more.

What happens to my data if I start as a guest?

Your data is saved as long as you stay logged in. You can convert to a full member account at any time — all your accounts and records will be preserved.

Can I import my bank statements?

Yes. You can import CSV files from your bank with flexible column mapping. Xpensim will automatically match imported values against your projected amounts.

How does balance forecasting work?

You define recurring income and expenses with schedules (weekly, monthly, etc.). Xpensim calculates your projected balance for each period based on these records and your starting balance.

Can I share an account with someone else?

Pro members can share accounts with other members by email. You can grant view-only or full edit access. The recipient will see the shared account on their dashboard.

What currencies are supported?

Xpensim supports multiple currencies. Each account, record, and value can have its own currency. Exchange rates are updated automatically for cross-currency conversions.

Is my data secure?

Your data is stored securely and passwords are hashed. We never store or share your financial data with third parties.
